Reasons for not receiving password reset email

There might be several reasons for not receiving the password reset email in MindStick Training which are listed below-

  • Network issue- You may have a bad internet connection or other network issues.
  • Blocked- The admin might have blocked your email.
  • Spam- The reset email might have gone to your spam folder.
  • Entered Incorrect Email- You might have entered the incorrect email ID (other than registered mail) to receive the reset password email. 

Please check all the above points to resolve your issue.
